Hiya Friends! Currently "hiding out" in Ballarat… hello world, here I come! :)

I am 32, love to travel, and own quite a few internet businesses online, along with a Travel Business. I have lived in Australia all my life, from Ballarat, to Melbourne, to Sydney, back to Melbourne, then Ballarat again. I even went fruitpicking with da`backpackers for just over 6 months cos I just love hanging out with travellers, it’s soo much fun (crap pay, but way fun!).

I went to Bali for a month, that’s been my only overseas experience so far – unless you count Tassie! You can read about my different experiences in Bali on my blog :)

(I loved it so much that I wanted to move there as soon as I got back lol). I’ve been experimenting with making money online on and off over the past 8 years, I have tried everything from Adsense pages, to Blogging, to Affiliate Marketing, eBay stores, MLM, ebook stores, to "Get Rich Quick" schemes and unfortunately have spent a fortune and have been scammed many times over the past 10 years. A little bit wiser these days, still learning, and it’s important to learn "what not to do" early on so you can do it right in the "now" :)

My dream is to make $30k a week, ethically and honestly, and to travel the world. I especially wish to travel to Egypt, Asia, Africa, and Europe. I absolutely love meeting new cultures and learning new ways of life, it’s exciting for me and I really love meeting friendly people.

I really thrive when I’m hanging with others who have big dreams and motivation, it’s when I’m at my happiest! :)

I hate working, I mean, the traditional job, where I feel like I can make a difference, if only they’d listen to me lol.. but unfortunately I have a way with words and my passion for great customer service and improving the business and expecting the best.. well, let’s just say, I’m not exactly the most political person, I tell it how I see it, and even though I know that my words would be listened to if I had a bit of tact.. it seems I have foot-in-mouth disease and it comes out all wrong.

However, outside of the restrictions of a normal job, where I run my own businesses, that’s another story. Because I’m in control (did I hear "control freak?" lol).. I can make sure that it’s run "my way", which is always the best way, lol, I’m a bit of a perfectionist and expect nothing but the best. If I see something that needs to be done, I do it, I don’t have to go through the long chain of political bullshit to try and convince desk-suits of what is needed to make the customers happy and therefore a better business.

So basically, an online business is the way to go for my personality type! hehe And that’s where I’m at. Earlier.. I had a car accident at 15, spent months in physio, had to quit school, then got kicked out of home, got "saved" by a girl’s hostel where I lived for a few years, I lived with girl’s who had had some really terrible things happen to them, things so bad that it made me realize that .. if they could go on, after all the rotten things that had happened to them, then I could too. I had no job, no money, didn’t get along with family, I had like 2 friends, no confidence, and no future.

Shortly after, I found Louise Hay & Anthony Robbins. They were my first introduction to self-esteem, self-thought, motivation, positive thinking, personal development, etc. Louise Hay taught me how to "forgive", that was huge, and Anthony was my secret personal development king that gave me a "drive" for a successful life

After that, I got totally addicted to personal development, I started having big dreams of what I wanted for my future and getting some confidence and self-respect. I have a library of personal development books. I’m a "personal development junkie" through and through :)

These days, although I still read every night, I get more "reading" in because I’m an audiobook addict, I can listen to my audiobooks in the car or on my phone, basically I can "read" while I do the dishes or just driving to and from my destinations. It’s great, I highly recommend it! :)

I am a strong believer in The Secret and The Law of Attraction. I was so happy when I came across The Secret, all of my favourite speakers were on the movie! I had listened to these people over and over again over the past few years and here they all were together, talking about "The Secret" and "The Law of Attraction" and "The Science of Getting Rich", etc.. I felt like I had "come home".

I had bought both of Mike Dooley‘s DVD packs, "Infinite Possibilities: The Art of Living Your Dreams" & "Leveraging the Universe and Engaging the Magic!". He’s such a wonderful speaker, and so truly great to listen to, they didn’t show him much in the movie, but he’s brilliant.. I could listen to those audio cd’s over and over and over and over again.. actually I do :) In fact I wish he would put out more so that I could buy more off him. He hasn’t put a new one out in ages! *weep*

And just before I found "The Secret", I was listening to Abraham Hicks‘ "Law of Attraction" (What "The Secret" was based on).

Now that the movie has been seen and loved by millions, it’s great to find other like-minds, where we can say "I understand you". I didn’t have that before. Well.. I love my friends but some of my friends think that "The Secret" is a bunch of mumbo jumbo and refuse to talk about it or watch it hehe, so it’s great to go online and talk to new friends from all over the world that I can relate to.

If you’ve been "watching" this space (my space.. as in..MY space on myspace).. then you know I’ve been actively seeking out an online business over the past few months, looking for something ethical, that can make a great income where I can quit my job, and something that I can be proud to show my family & friends.

I think I found it? I found a free program called the SGR club, and amazingly I’d not ever heard of it before, even though there are many who have made over $100,000 already with it.

The Teachers featured in "The Secret" (Bob Proctor, Jack Canfield, & Rev. Michael Beckwith) have designed a new course built upon the Science of Getting Rich. They developed a step-by-step system that teachers you How to Master the Law of Attraction and Make it Work for You.

I joined up as a free affiliate, and have already created a website dedicated to helping people with it called "The Secret University"

The Secret University enables you to Learn the Law of Attraction from the teachers featured in The Secret. I’m going to record all that I’ve learnt on online marketing and teach it to those who are affiliates to the SGR club. The SGR club already has an awesome affiliate centre with lots of resources, but I wanted to take it a step further. My way of giving back.

Last week and this week (it’s an ongoing process hehe), I have been writing a "30 Days to Success" plan, that will take people who have never been an affiliate before and teach them everything from setting up their own domain name, to promoting, web 2.0, autoresponders, ezines, etc, (too much to list here), and another "Daily program" that sends an email to my personal affiliates (& myself too) each day reminding us to do all the things we know we "should" do but sometimes get distracted (hmm.. like me updating my MySpace profile lol).. like "write a blog today".. "digg a site today" "have a video upload frenzy day".. "add 15 people to your network today".. etc.. you get the gist..

I’m hopefully going to make it a lot easier for those who don’t know where to start, if they follow my plan for 30 days, they will be well on their way. And of course, it’s free :) I know that $30k a week is definitely achievable online, the internet is the way of the future (and the present!). And the SGR’s comp plan brings in high-ticket $500 and $250 commissions, and it’s not MLM.. (one of those things I was never going to get into again! been there, done that, got the t-shirt! no thanks!)

I believe that The SGR Club found me at the perfect time, I had lost all interest in doing things online for many months, but now that I’ve found it, I’ve regained all my passion because it’s something that I can be proud of, I "trust" the people who designed it (Bob Proctor, Michael Beckwith, and Jack Canfield), it has a lot of integrity, and it’s free.
